4.1-58-36. Insurance - Cancellation - Suspension of license

An insurance company shall give at least ten days' notice to the commissioner and the

insured by certified mail return receipt requested before cancellation of an insurance policy

required under section 4.1-58-35. The warehouseman shall notify each receiptholder having

grain stored in the warehouse the grain must be removed from the warehouse or the grain will

be priced and redeemed in cash in accordance with section 4.1-58-40.
