4.1-59-13. Scale ticket - Contents
Every grain buyer, upon receiving grain, shall issue a uniform scale ticket or comparable
receipt for each load of grain received. Receipts must be numbered consecutively and one copy
of each receipt must be retained and remain as a permanent record. The original receipt must
be delivered to the person from which the grain is received, upon each load of grain.
