6-08.3-09.1. Reporting requirements

An out-of-state bank holding company that filed an application under chapter 6-08.3 which

was approved by the board before September 29, 1995, shall comply with the reporting

requirements of section 6-08.3-09 for a period of five years from the date that the application

was approved or longer if extended by the board due to noncompliance with the requirements of

chapter 6-08.3 or order of the board approving the application.
