§ 101.532. Separate appropriations bills for industrial commission and bureau of workers' compensation

June 30, 2011 House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly The main operating appropriations bill shall not contain appropriations for the industrial commission or the bureau of workers' compensation. Appropriations for the bureau shall be enacted in one bill, and appropriations for the industrial commission shall be enacted in a separate bill.
