§ 103.25. Protection and maintenance of electronic documents

September 15, 1999 Senate Bill 11 - 123rd General Assembly The director of the legislative service commission shall take all necessary measures to protect and maintain the integrity and security of: (A) All legislative and quasi-legislative documents stored in an electronic format, including any database that contains the Revised Code or Ohio administrative code; and (B) The electronic rule-filing system.
