§ 105.96. Employees

September 20, 1965 House Bill 269 - 106th General Assembly The Ohio judicial conference may employ personnel and such research assistants as may be required to carry out the purposes of the conference. Their compensation and necessary expenses shall be paid from the state treasury out of funds appropriated therefor. All disbursements shall be by voucher approved by the chairman of the conference.
