§ 107.41. Request for department goals and metrics

December 30, 2008 House Bill 420 - 127th General Assembly (A) As used in this section, "department" has the same meaning as in section 121.01 of the Revised Code. (B) Whenever the governor finds necessary, the governor shall direct each department to establish goals and metrics that, when achieved, will further the governor's leadership agenda. (C) To increase transparency, each department's performance measures, which shall be determined by assessing the department's adherence to the goals and metrics developed pursuant to this section, shall be periodically posted on the governor's web site.
