§ 109.14. Attorney general shall advise prosecuting attorneys and township law directors

September 20, 1999 House Bill 187 - 123rd General Assembly When requested by them, the attorney general shall advise the prosecuting attorneys of the several counties respecting their duties in all complaints, suits, and controversies in which the state is, or may be a party, and shall advise the township law director of a township that has adopted a limited home rule government under Chapter 504. of the Revised Code.
