§ 111.27. Board of elections reimbursement and education fund

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly There is hereby established in the state treasury the board of elections fund. The fund shall be used by the secretary of state to provide advancements, subject to recoupment, or to reimburse boards of elections pursuant to sections 3513.301 , 3513.312 , 3515.071 , and 3521.03 of the Revised Code, and to provide training and educational programs for members and employees of boards of elections.
