§ 111.29. Ohio election integrity commission fund

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly The Ohio election integrity commission fund is created in the state treasury. The secretary of state shall use the money in the fund for the sole purpose of paying expenses related to the operation of the Ohio election integrity commission established under section 3517.14 of the Revised Code.
