§ 111.48. Address confidentiality program fund

April 29, 2022 House Bill 110, House Bill 93 - 134th General Assembly There is in the state treasury the address confidentiality program fund. The fund shall consist of money paid into the fund pursuant to division (B)(11) of section 2929.18 and division (D) of section 2929.28 of the Revised Code and any money appropriated to the fund by the general assembly or donated to the fund. The secretary of state shall use the money in the fund for the purpose of administering the address confidentiality program described in sections 111.41 to 111.47 of the Revised Code.
