§ 113.04. Appointing employees - bond

July 1, 1985 House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The treasurer of state shall appoint such employees as are necessary to carry out the functions of his office. Each employee shall be covered by a fidelity or surety bond, the premium on which shall be paid out of appropriations made to the treasurer of state.
