§ 113.11. Payments from state treasury or custodial fund

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly No money shall be paid out of the state treasury or transferred elsewhere except as ordered by the director of budget and management. No money shall be paid out of a custodial fund of the treasurer of state except as ordered by the officer authorized by law to pay money out of the fund. The treasurer of state shall adopt rules prescribing the form and manner in which money may be paid out of the state treasury or a custodial fund of the treasurer of state.
