§ 117.05. Bond of chief deputy

September 30, 2021 House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of office, the chief deputy auditor of state shall give a bond to the auditor of state in the sum of ten thousand dollars, with a surety approved by the auditor of state, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of the chief deputy's office.
