§ 117.463. Annual report

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) The auditor of state shall annually submit a report in writing to the governor, the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives, and the president and minority leader of the senate containing all of the following: (1) The progress state agencies or state institutions of higher education have made in implementing the recommendations contained in recent performance audits; (2) The amount of money saved as a result of the implementation; (3) Other operational and programmatic improvements or efficiencies that have been achieved as a result of the implementation. (B) The auditor of state shall establish a process for obtaining the information required for the report. Submissions from agencies and institutions intended for inclusion in this annual report shall not substitute the requirements of section 117.462 of the Revised Code.
