§ 121.16. State agency notices

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Not later than ten days after receiving notice from the federal government about a reduction or other modification to federal funding a state agency receives, the state agency that received the notice shall submit a copy to the president of the senate, or the president's designee, and to the speaker of the house of representatives, or the speaker's designee. Not later than ten days after receiving notice from the federal government that a state program is or may be out of compliance with federal requirements, the state agency that received the notice shall submit a copy to the president of the senate, or the president's designee, and to the speaker of the house of representatives, or the speaker's designee.
