§ 121.382. Services continued pending dispute resolution process

June 30, 2005 House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly Each agency represented on a county family and children first council that is providing services or funding for services that are the subject of the dispute resolution process initiated by a parent or custodian under section 121.381 of the Revised Code shall continue to provide those services and the funding for those services during the dispute resolution process.
