§ 122.0813. Evaluation of discretionary grant application

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly On receipt of an application for a discretionary grant for an eligible project, the director of development shall evaluate it to determine whether the application for the proposed eligible project is complete and whether the eligible project meets the requirements of section 122.0815 of the Revised Code. If the application is complete and the project meets the requirements of section 122.0815 of the Revised Code, the director shall make a recommendation to the controlling board asking for approval to make the discretionary grant for the eligible project. If the application is incomplete or the project does not meet the requirements of section 122.0815 of the Revised Code, the department shall notify the applicant of the deficiencies and work with the applicant to correct the deficiencies. If the deficiencies are corrected, the director shall make a recommendation to the controlling board asking for approval to make the discretionary grant for the eligible project.
