§ 122.0816. Project priority under annual competitive process

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The department of development and the executive committees of district public works integrating committees shall apply the following factors to eligible projects under the annual competitive process to determine a priority order for the eligible projects subject to that process: (A) The potential economic impact of the eligible project; (B) The potential impact of the eligible project on economic distress; (C) The amount of local, federal, and private funding available for the eligible project; (D) The demonstrated need for the eligible project; (E) The strength of the eligible project's marketing plan, if appropriate; (F) The level of financial need; (G) Any other factor the director of development determines should be considered.
