§ 122.4061. Financial responsibility before project completion

May 17, 2021 House Bill 2 - 134th General Assembly Under alternate payment term arrangements made under section 122.4025 of the Revised Code, unless otherwise negotiated, the participating legislative authorities in which the eligible project is located shall assume all financial responsibility for all of the eligible project costs incurred by the broadband provider prior to completion of the project or the award of a program grant.
