§ 123.11. Power to take lands and materials

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly When a public exigency, as defined in division (A) of section 123.10 of the Revised Code, exists, the executive director of the Ohio facilities construction commission may take possession of lands and use them, or materials and other property necessary for the maintenance, protection, or repair of the public works, in accordance with sections 163.01 to 163.22 of the Revised Code.
