§ 123.19. Theater equipment maintenance fund

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly There is hereby established in the state treasury the theater equipment maintenance fund. All appropriate theater-related revenues of the department of administrative services, as determined by the department, shall be credited to that fund and to any accounts created in that fund with the department's approval. All appropriate theater-related expenses of the department, as determined by the department, including reimbursement of, or payment to, any other fund or any governmental agency for advances made or services rendered to or on behalf of the department, shall be paid from that fund as determined by or pursuant to directions of the department. All investment earnings of that fund shall be credited to it and shall be allocated among any accounts created in the fund in the manner determined by the department.
