§ 125.212. Life insurance investment fund

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The life insurance investment fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of amounts from state agencies, life insurance premium refunds received by the state, and other receipts related to the state's life insurance benefit program. The fund shall be used to pay the costs of the state's life insurance benefit program. All investment earnings of the life insurance investment fund shall be credited to the fund.
