§ 125.70. Data matching agreements

September 30, 2021 House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The department of administrative services shall work with the departments of job and family services and medicaid to deploy private sector tools for digital identity management, authentication, and verification for individuals receiving medicaid benefits, supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits, or benefits funded by the temporary assistance for needy families block grant. These private sector tools shall include joining available multistate cooperatives to identify individuals enrolled in public assistance programs, including the national accuracy clearinghouse for the supplemental nutrition assistance program, as well as other multi-state collaborative efforts to share enrollment information across state lines and avoid public assistance benefit duplication.
