§ 125.87. Service charges - fees

June 30, 1997 House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly Transferees, recipients, and entities referred to in sections 125.84 to 125.90 of the Revised Code shall be required to pay to the department of administrative services such service charges or fees as the department may require in connection with federal property acquired, warehoused, distributed, transferred, conveyed, or reconveyed by the department and may be required to pay service charges or fees, if any, on property recaptured, reverted, or disposed of by the department when such action pertains to that property on which title is restricted by: the United States; the rules or orders of the department; the rules issued in conformance with section 5502.25 of the Revised Code; or sections 125.84 to 125.90 of the Revised Code. All service charges or fees collected by the department under this section shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the investment recovery fund created under section 125.14 of the Revised Code.
