§ 126.301. Statute of limitations

July 1, 1993 House Bill 152 - 120th General Assembly Except for unclaimed funds under Chapter 169. of the Revised Code, an action against the state or an agency thereof for failure to make any distribution or other payment shall be brought within five years after the cause of action has accrued.
