§ 131.59. Obligation to make debt service payments unaffected

September 5, 2006 Senate Bill 321 - 126th General Assembly Nothing in sections 107.032 to 107.035 or 131.55 to 131.58 of the Revised Code shall be construed to affect in any way the state's obligation to make debt service payments.
