§ 135.806. Duties of lending institution on receipt of RC 135.805 certificate

March 30, 2007 House Bill 293 - 126th General Assembly Upon placement of a certificate of deposit with an eligible lending institution pursuant to an agreement described in section 135.805 of the Revised Code, the eligible lending institution shall do both of the following: (A) Lend funds pursuant to the agreement to an eligible borrower; (B) Comply fully with the requirements of sections 135.804 to 135.807 of the Revised Code.
