§ 145.15. Employee information provided by each department

April 24, 1986 House Bill 502 - 116th General Assembly The head of each department shall submit to the public employees retirement board a statement showing the name, sex, title, earnable salary, duties, date of birth, and length of service as a public employee of every public employee in his department.
