§ 145.70. Payment of amounts due retirement system from treasury

December 1, 2006 House Bill 530 - 126th General Assembly All amounts due the public employees retirement system from the state treasury pursuant to this chapter shall be promptly paid upon warrant of the director of budget and management pursuant to a voucher approved by the director.
