§ 153.04. Forms for providing bidding information - life-cycle costs

September 10, 2012 House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The plans, details, bills of material, specifications of work, estimates of cost in detail and in the aggregate, life-cycle cost analysis, form of bid, bid guaranty, and other data that may be required shall be prepared on such material and in such manner and form as are prescribed by the Ohio facilities construction commission. The life-cycle costs shall be a primary consideration in the selection of a design. The same shall be deposited and safely kept in the office of the owner as defined in section 153.01 of the Revised Code as the property of the state.
