§ 153.18. Certification of additional force or materials

July 1, 1985 House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The owner referred to in section 153.01 of the Revised Code shall make separate estimates of all additional force or materials employed or supplied as provided by section 153.17 of the Revised Code, and payment shall be provided for by the director of budget and management. The amount so paid shall be charged against the contractor and be deducted from his next or any subsequent estimate. The amount or any part thereof not so paid may be recovered by action from such contractor and his sureties.
