§ 153.60. Forfeiture

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The contract referred to in section 153.59 of the Revised Code shall provide as a forfeiture for any breach of the provisions against discrimination: (A) That there shall be deducted from the amount payable to the contractor by the state or by any township, county, or municipal corporation thereof, under this contract, a forfeiture of twenty-five dollars for each person who is discriminated against or intimidated in violation of this contract; (B) That the contract shall be canceled or terminated by the state or by any township, county, or municipal corporation thereof, and all money to become due hereunder may be forfeited, for a second or subsequent violation of the terms of this section of the contract.
