§ 154.18. Investing funds

September 14, 2000 House Bill 640 - 123rd General Assembly Unless otherwise provided in any applicable bond proceedings, moneys to the credit of or in the several bond service funds or other special funds established under this chapter may be invested by or on behalf of the issuing authority only in investments referred to in division (R) of section 151.01 of the Revised Code.
