§ 164.15. Township contract to pay costs of engineering services

March 28, 1990 House Bill 318 - 118th General Assembly Notwithstanding any other section of the Revised Code, a board of township trustees may enter into a contract with the county engineer under which the board agrees to pay all or any part of the cost of engineering services to be provided to or obtained for the township by the county engineer that are necessary for projects awarded under this chapter.
