§ 165.14. Waiving project requirements

August 26, 1977 House Bill 1 - 112th General Assembly (A) A project shall not be subject to the requirements relating to public buildings, structures, grounds, works, or improvements imposed by section 125.81 , 713.02 , or 713.25 of the Revised Code or any other similar requirements which may be lawfully waived by this section. (B) A project shall be constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, improved, furnished, or equipped and shall be leased, sold, or otherwise disposed of in the manner determined by the issuing authority in its sole discretion and any requirement of competitive bidding or other restriction, which may be lawfully waived by this section, imposed on the procedure for award of contracts for such purpose or the lease, sale, or other disposition of property of the issuer is not applicable to any action taken under authority of Chapter 165. of the Revised Code.
