§ 173.05. Acting director
Official statutory text
July 26, 1984 House Bill 660 - 115th General Assembly deputy director of the aging shall be the acting director when the director is absent or disabled or the position is vacant. The director shall specify who shall be the acting director if no deputy director has been appointed.
