§ 175.053. Duties of executive director

September 15, 2014 House Bill 483 - 130th General Assembly The executive director employed by the agency pursuant to division (A)(2) of section 175.05 of the Revised Code shall do all of the following: (A) File financial disclosure statements as described in section 102.02 of the Revised Code; (B) Ensure policies and procedures are developed and maintained for the operation and administration of the agency's programs and activities that encourage competition and minimize concentration. Policies and procedures shall address all applicable requirements described in the Revised Code and federal regulations. (C) Provide an update, during the testimony described in division (H)(2) of section 175.04 of the Revised Code, on any audits performed during the fiscal year.
