§ 183.01. Tobacco master settlement agreement definitions

June 30, 2007 House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly As used in this chapter: (A) "Tobacco master settlement agreement" means the settlement agreement (and related documents) entered into on November 23, 1998 by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers. (B) "Southern Ohio" includes any county in this state where tobacco has traditionally been grown.
