§ 184.111. Support awarded only to in-state entities

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly Except with respect to support subject to an agreement under section 184.114 of the Revised Code, the third frontier commission may award the support described in section 184.11 of the Revised Code only to in-state entities. If an entity awarded support is collaborating with any entity that is not an in-state entity on the research and development project for which the support was awarded, the in-state entity may provide any portion of that support to the other entity only if the commission, in its discretion and only under exceptional circumstances that the commission determines, permits it.
