Ohio Rev. Code § 184.113

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The third frontier commission shall require each individual, public and private entity, agency, and institution, private company or organization, partnership, business trust, or other business entity or venture, research organization, or combination or consortium of any of the foregoing that the controlling board approves to receive the support described in section 184.11 of the Revised Code to enter into an agreement governing the use of the support for the research and development project. The agreement shall contain terms the commission determines to be necessary, including provisions stating that any support given by the commission may be used to pay costs of or in support of or related to research and development purposes, including, without limitation, capital formation, direct operating costs, costs of research and facilities, including interests in real property, and support for public and private institutions of higher education, research organizations or institutions, and private sector entities.
