§ 184.17. Outreach activities - minority defined

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly As used in sections 184.171 , 184.172 , and 184.173 of the Revised Code, "minority" means an individual who is a United States citizen and who is a member of one of the following economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks or African Americans, American Indians, Hispanics or Latinos, and Asians.
