§ 305.33. Filing certified copy of commissioners' resolution before circulating referendum petition

May 8, 1996 Senate Bill 158 - 121st General Assembly Whoever files a referendum petition against any resolution shall, before circulating such petition, file a certified copy of the resolution with the county auditor and with the county board of elections. As used in this section, "certified copy" means a copy containing a written statement attesting that it is a true and exact reproduction of the original resolution.
