§ 306.05. Advancement of funds for county transit system

August 31, 1970 Senate Bill 476 - 108th General Assembly The county commissioners may advance funds from any available fund of the county for purchase or acquisition of a transit system, surveys, planning, and mass transportation studies. The amount advanced may be reimbursed from any funds of the county transit board including the proceeds of the sale of bonds for the purchase, acquisition, construction, enlargement, improvement, or equipment of the county transit system.
