§ 306.07. Exempting revenue and income from taxation

August 31, 1970 Senate Bill 476 - 108th General Assembly The operations, revenues, and property of the county transit system and all obligations secured by the real estate or interests therein or revenues of the system, or the income derived therefrom, are exempt from the levy of any excise or other tax by the county or any political subdivision of the state, unless and to the extent such exemption is prohibited by the constitution or other laws of this state.
