§ 307.698. Moneys spent for housing purposes

April 7, 2009 Senate Bill 353 - 127th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may spend moneys from the general fund for housing purposes, including the housing purposes of a county land reutilization corporation organized under Chapter 1724. of the Revised Code.
