§ 325.01. Manner of paying officials - general county fund

December 6, 1976 House Bill 784 - 111th General Assembly Each county auditor, county treasurer, clerk of the court of common pleas, sheriff, county recorder, county commissioner, prosecuting attorney, and coroner shall receive, out of the general county fund, compensation as provided by sections 325.03 to 325.11 , and 325.15 of the Revised Code, payable in the same manner as provided for county employees in section 325.17 of the Revised Code.
