§ 339.88. Expenses of detaining noncomplying individual

June 30, 2005 House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly The expenses incurred for detention under section 339.86 or 339.87 of the Revised Code shall be paid by the individual detained or if the individual is indigent, by the board of county commissioners of the county from which the individual was removed.
