§ 340.035. Advocacy by board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services

September 29, 2015 House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly A board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services may advocate on behalf of medicaid recipients enrolled in medicaid managed care organizations and medicaid-eligible individuals, any of whom have been identified as needing addiction or mental health services.
