§ 351.20. Investing money

June 29, 1988 House Bill 772 - 117th General Assembly Moneys in the funds of a convention facilities authority, except as otherwise provided in any resolution authorizing the issuance of its convention facilities authority bonds and notes or in any trust agreement securing the same, in excess of current needs, may be invested in notes, bonds, or other obligations of the United States or any agency or instrumentality of the United States, or in obligations of this state or any political subdivision of this state. Income from all such investments of moneys in any fund shall be credited among funds as the authority determines, subject to the provisions of any such resolution or trust agreement, and such investments may be sold at such time as the authority determines.
